Notes:
In serving customers, reps often must sort through lots of information to find the root cause of a problem.

Our Hidden Phrase puzzle illustrates the process of moving from a mass of often confusing information to a straight-forward solution for the customer.

Ask reps to sign and return their completed puzzles. Reward everyone who completes the puzzle with a small prize and enter them in a grand prize drawing.
