Bingo

Materials:
Bingo Cards for each team member. Prizes for the winner(s).

Notes:
Bingo is always popular and it’s perfect for customer contact centers because reps can play right at their workstations. We’ve created two Bingo Cards, which you may reproduce for your celebration.

Directions:
In each of the boxes, write a word your reps are likely to hear during the course of the day, such as the names of your products or services. Each time a customer (internal or external) uses one of these words, reps mark out that box. The first rep to mark out an entire row (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) shouts “Bingo” and wins the round.
