Lost Patient Challenges for each team member.
 
A fun pen to use.
 

Notes:

In this popular puzzle, service providers are asked to assist a lost patient. Basic math skills will take you from the upper left-hand corner (the lost patient square) to the lower right-hand corner (the satisfied patient square).
 
This puzzle provides a nice introduction to Customer Service Week training sessions on topics such as “Dealing with Angry Customers,” “Problem Resolution Techniques,” and “Service Recovery Skills.” It also works well as an at-your-desk activity.
 
Ask team members to sign and return their completed puzzles. Reward everyone who completes the puzzle with a small prize and enter them in a grand prize drawing.
