Notes: | Signing the Customer Service Week Pledge is a great way to start your week-long celebration. It provides an opportunity to discuss the importance of the week, the meaning of the weeks theme and logo, and for everyone on your team to recommit themselves to customer service.
Make the event more festive by giving each person who signs the pledge a Customer Service Week Pen to take back to their work station.
For additional impact, invite senior managers, and staff from other departments to join your group in signing the pledge.
Once the pledge has been signed, post it prominently along with your Certificate of Participation in Customer Service Week 2011*.

This week, tens of thousands of customer service professionals are celebrating Customer Service Week. We join them in celebrating our achievements and in recommitting ourselves to the vital service mission.
This years Customer Service Week theme is REFRESH, RECHARGE, RECONNECTTM. And so we take this week to:
- Refresh our spirit,
- Recharge our energy and passion for service, and
- Reconnect with valued customers and coworkers.
During the week, well be celebrating with games, activities, tempting treats, special gifts, and many opportunities to REFRESH, RECHARGE and RECONNECTTM.
But before the fun begins, lets take a moment to reflect on the serious and important work that we do, and to recommit to providing the very best service. We do this by signing our names to this year's Customer Service Week Pledge.
