Lost Package Challenge

Materials:

Lost Package Challenge sheets for each team member.

Notes:

In this popular puzzle, reps are asked to help track down a customer's missing package. Basic math skills will take you from the upper left-hand corner (the lost package square) to the lower right-hand corner (the satisfied customer square).
 
This puzzle provides a nice introduction to Customer Service Week training sessions on topics such as “Dealing with Angry Customers,” “Problem Resolution Techniques,” and “Service Recovery Skills.” It also works well as an at-your-desk activity.
 
Ask reps to sign and return their completed Challenges. Reward everyone who completes the Challenge with a small prize and enter them in a grand prize drawing.
