Celebration Materials Details

Deadline. For best selection, order by September 16, 2011 .

Minimum order. A minimum order of $50 is required.

Payment. All orders must be accompanied by full payment in U.S. dollars. You may use a major credit card, check or purchase order.

Discounts. We offer the following volume discounts on orders received by September 16, 2011.

Delivery Options/Charges

We ship worldwide. After you have selected your celebration items on the order form, simply choose “United States”,“Canada” or “Elsewhere” from the drop-down menu. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically on U.S. and Canadian orders. For orders shipping “Elsewhere”, you will be asked to provide your FedEx or DHL account number. The shipping charges will be billed to your account by the courier you choose. Be aware that orders delivered to destinations outside of the U.S. are often subject to duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard Shipping

• Applies to orders received by 1 p.m. Eastern time.
• 3-7 business days via UPS including Alaska and Hawaii (plus 1-2 business days for processing).
• Starts at $6.75 (see Shipping & Handling Charges below)

UPS 2 Day

• Applies to orders received by 1 p.m. Eastern time.
• 2 Business days via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
• Customer must supply UPS or FedEx account number for direct billing from the carrier

Express UPS

• Applies to orders received by 1 p.m. Eastern time.
• 1 business day via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
• Customer must supply UPS or FedEx account number for direct billing from the carrier

For shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and Canada, please provide your DHL or Fedex account number. The shipping charges will be billed to your account by the courier you choose. Foreign orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your celebration materials simply return them on or before September 16, 2011 for an immediate replacement, full credit or refund. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Returns. Returns totaling $250 or more and returns made after September 16 are only permitted with the express approval of www.CSWeek.com. A 20 percent restocking fee will apply. For additional information, click here.
