Top Motivational Tool: Customer Service Week
(Boonton, NJ, August 25, 2007) — Customer Service Week celebrations once again top the list of non-cash rewards that companies find useful in motivating customer service employees, according to the results of Customer Service Newsletter's 2006-2007 Salary, Incentives and Benchmarking Survey.
When survey participants were asked to name the most useful types of non-cash incentives and motivation tools, 63 percent named Customer Service Week.
That tops even last year's result, when 57 percent of companies said that they were preparing special activities — along with recognition events — for the weeklong Customer Service Week celebration.
